Eventhough there was a glitch with the reserving for the tour, representative I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and patient. he walked me through the whole process to re-reserve for a tour. Thank you.

We love our tour guide Mike. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. He shared lots of tips of iPhone photography with us as well. He really made our visit so memorable even though we picked the last tour at 3:30pm. Awesome tour!
